It’s been rumored that the zombie apocalypse is going to take place sometime within the next 5 years. It’s not something that we’re looking forward too, but it’s something that we feel we should be prepared for. Because of this we are constantly scouring the internet trying to find the perfect vehicle for when the time comes. In the past we’ve brought you guys our Top Ten Vehicles for the Zombie Apocalypse, our Manufacturers Pick and even one big luxury sled. Other websites don’t give this topic too much consideration, but we here at Ridelust.com care about our readers, therefore we’re going to keep posting up vehicles that can save your ass once the brain eaters decide to take over.

The vehicle we’re showcasing today would actually be classified as a secondary assault vehicle. You see its open cockpit design doesn’t do much to protect you from any of the uglies that may fall from the sky, but its halftrack configuration and .50 caliber Browning kick ass for mowing these creepy bastards down.

This particular model is a 1942 White Motors M2A1 Halftrack that runs beautifully, has room enough for 6 adults and ample storage for food, ammo and fuel. It also has a massive winch that’s capable of rescuing your primary vehicle God forbid it gets stuck. Right now this baby is up for sale on Ebay where it can currently be had for under 20k. Not a bad price when you consider that this 68 year old ride could just be the deciding factor as to whether you live or die. Just think about it.
