When people ask me what it’s like to drive a high horsepower car like the Corvette ZR1, I generally tell them that it’s a car for experts only. You see the ZR1 produces an astounding 638 hp and 604 lb-ft of torque. That’s more power than a Lamborghini Murciélago or Porsche Carrera GT. What that means is that it has the capacity to kill you very quickly if your not extremely careful, so you’d better know how to drive the damn thing before you buy it. It’s also priced at just over $100,000 which means it’s pretty accessible compared to the Lamborghini or Porsche.
