I'm in line for the 'Ox' when it comes to the USA. I too hope the USA auto makers get the wake-up call they need to let them know we are 'on to their game'. They continue to 'push' these huge V8, torgued trucks thinking we are all construction workers or farmers when in reality (keyword here automakers) we are driving to and from an office or factory job.
Glad to see SOMEONE is 'Th!nking' and moving in the right direction to save us all from oil companies.
And don't give me that crap about 'coal power plants' powering my car. That too is changing as I'm typing this up.
Thanks Kansas for voting down their coal plant (which didn't even supply power to KS residents but for other states).

Can't wait to drive the 'Ox' for the first time. I already have the $$ in the bank for the 2009 purchase.

Thinking more on this, I think (TH!NK) these guys may be just what our feet-dragging American Auto industry needs to kick their butts into gear. If their bottom line starts getting affected, they'll start putting some serious man-hours into real reform.

More good news. Do they have numbers on things like how many cents per mile you'd spend on the electricity?

Keep 'em coming, Bee-stro! Or how about Bee-Stroganoff!
