Infiniti G37

Ya’ know, there are some things in life that you just don’t expect to see on a random Tuesday morning in November. Santa Claus is one, the rising of the Titanic is two and third would be a beautiful Infiniti G37 stripped of its wheels and tires sitting outside your living room window. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Mr. Angry’s neighborhood! Remember just recently, when I put a post up about the importance of having a garage? Well… this is one of those reasons why we all need them. Now I don’t know if the owner of this G37 pissed someone off, or if it was just a random incident. Either way though this is a pretty sketchy thing to happen right outside one’s home, especially mine. Hmm… I’m thinking that maybe a move out west is in order, perhaps maybe out to the San Francisco bay area. There I’ll still get all four seasons, sans the crappy NY snow, and I’ll be able to drive my old hot rods year round. Yep, I think that’s the way to go… now all I need to do is pack!

at least they actually stole the wheels clean off. For me they loosened the wheel. 3 miles from the house the wheel falls off and lodges under the car crushing the rear quarter panel. I tried to put the wheel back on to limp home. Well this just led to another calamity as it came off again but this time it decided to roll down the road. Yes I was the moron running after the tire as it went down main street stopping it just before it went into the intersection.

  3. It’s all well-and-good saying it’s important to have a garage, but when it adds $10,000 to the cost of your home it ain’t always that easy. I agree it’s a useful thing to have though….especially if you have a nice car to park in it.

…I am suprised this was done on a residental street with homes and multiple exposure points, real ballsy. Then again, this theft was probably completed in just under 9 minutes, if not quicker….

  5. You could move to SoCal ; except I have never had a garage here. When I lived in apartments I had “covered” parking, but anyone could hop over the fence and walk in or other neighbors could still jack you. Right now I park on the driveway (it’s not my house, I rent a room). I will never have enough money where I can afford to have “covered parking” in So Cal (I will never be able to afford a home). I drive a Benz and its always parked outside.

That blows. Someone did that to a Honda Fit near me. I wish I still had a garage. I’m going to stick with my fugly stock wheels just in case.

San Francisco huh. Isn’t there a bunch of tree hugging hippie homos out there?

    /sarcasm lol
