Aside from the fact that you can only get Apple’s stellar iPhone with AT&T’s crappy service there is really nothing bad that can be said about it. You can get apps for just about anything and with the amount of development that’s going on behind the scenes there is really no telling how much farther they can take this little gadget. The iPhone however does have one major flaw though in my opinion, it’s fragile. With the recent release of the new iPhone 4 (they just sold 1.7 million), Apple will continue to develop a loyal following, but what good are the phones if they immediately break when they’re dropped?
This is where cell phone case maker Case-mate comes in. Case-mate has just released a new case called the Vroom that is targeted directly at us guys who love their cars. With a molded directional tire tread pattern the thick rubber case can protect the new iPhone 4 against light drops and mishaps. I wouldn’t go backing over your new iPhone with the car, but if you do happen to drop it when getting out you just may be protected. Either way the new Vroom case is a cool addition for any iPhone.
