UPDATE: Fiat’s Marchionne Won’t “Walk Away” From Chrysler Deal

Fiat’s chief, Sergio Marchionne, said yesterday that he would “never walk away” from the impending Chrysler merger. This comes on yesterday’s news of the Supreme Court issuing a hold on the sale as they considered hearing arguments by several Indiana stakeholders who are challenging the terms of the sale. We’ll keep you posted if there’s any word on what the Supreme Court will do with this.
