Dyno Fail

The majority of us never consider the extreme amounts of engineering that go into making our beloved cars and trucks run so reliably. Manufacturers spend millions upon millions of dollars to develop, test and then redevelop parts so that all we have to do is turn the key and be on our merry way. In the quest for more power though people tweak and modify engines to maximize peak performance, and in doing so can sometimes pull the reliability that the manufacturers have worked so hard to maintain. The following video shows us just how powerful some of these engines can be, and what the consequences can be when a catastrophic failure occurs as was the case with this big Cummins diesel. Click through for the video and let the fun begin.
