2012 Nissan Rogue SV FWD: RideLust Review
Canadians are interesting people. Woody, a 33 year old steel fabricator from Canada, decided to turn an 87 Fiero that he bought for $60 into a Lamborghini Reventon lookalike. Motorfoot.com has the whole story.
Apparently, he saw a real Lambo and decided he had to have it, so set to morphing his Fiero with steel. He used steel instead of the easier to use fiberglass because that’s what he’s used to working with. All that steel adds about 1000 pounds to the normally 2500 pound Fiero. Judging from the pics, though, he’s doing a great job. Here they are:

The engine is a 350 small block Chevy, and the transmission is a new GM 6 speed standard, the same one they put in the G6 GT.
Not really a video, just more of a picture gallery set to music:

Someone should slap him.
Awesome! It doesn’t matter if you do it in steel, fiberglass, or cardboard… This is a cool looking project. As long as it rides and drives when it’s done, it is awesome!
Good for you, Woody! I hope it all comes together for you in the end.
