The new model of the 2007 Jeep Wrangler is receiving the special taylor session with the design guru’s at Startech. Those people who specialize in taking the best designs of the Chyrsler Corporation and dressing them up in a fit and finish that might best be described as European Dignafied.

As Reported on SeriousWheel the new Jeep Wrangler will receiving many of the familiar accessories that Startech is recognized for. There will be lighter alloy wheels, sturdy tubular rocker panels for both the short and long wheelbase, and a number of polished stainless steel accessories on both the interior and exterior of the vehicle. But the one addition to the Jeep Wrangler that will be most intruiging when Startech is through with the design will be the availability of a Diesel engine.
Jeep unvailed a  sweet Diesel version of their Rubicon model that may have been designed specifically to compete against the Hummer H2 and H3, but in reality more resembles a Dodge PowerWagon from decades past. The hope is that with a turbocharged Diesel Jeep can provide a strong torqued, fuel efficient alternative engine to their super-consuming gasoline engines. So there will be a close watch on the Startech 2.8 liter common-rail turbodiesel engine and how it performs in the Jeep Wrangler.
