Reduce cars weight from 4000 to 750-1000 lbs. What part o making a car autonomous would reduce the weight that much there havent been a standard car weighing less than 1500 pounds since the 80s as far as i know. It feels like they calculate that somehow just cuz people wont drive themself they dont need to bring shit with them so theyll basically just need a atv

ah, cmon, self driving cars suck! as soon as I wouldn’t be obliged to drive by myself, they’d make me talk to talk to other car passengers or – even worse – use trevel time to do some work. imho no progress at all.
