For some of us the notion that our vehicles have a mind of their own is not too far fetched. I mean hell, I’m absolutely convinced that my ’69 Daytona does. Some days it’s in a good mood, other days it’s pissed off and yet others it’s simply happy to go about doing its daily business. That sucker is simply an old soul, and like so many older vehicles it has quirks and traits that are unique. “The Flood” tells the story of an old Ford 3000 tractor that’s held the job of custodian for the Rossland ice rink for the last 40 years. It’s a touching tale of service and sacrifice and one that I’m sure may actually cause you to have a tear in your eye after watching it.
