BAC Mono Sports Car

Power and weight, the two key components used when trying to make a car go fast. Cars like the Ariel Atom, KTM X-bow and now the BAC Mono are all perfect examples of this. The BAC Mono is the new kid on the block when it comes to this type of thinking and even though it’s ugly as sin, that doesn’t affect the fact that it still goes like stink. It’s got no real doors to speak of, nor does it have a roof. What it does have though is a huge price tag, 280 hp mill and a weight of just under 1,200 lbs. For a comparison a Honda Goldwing motorcycle weighs in at 590 lbs. Chris Harris recently had a chance to flog the new BAC Mono around Rockingham Raceway and even though it was teeming down rain, he came away extremely impressed.
