The automotive world has always been filled with those who think they can build a better mousetrap. We’ve seen single seat cars, three-wheelers, as well as all manner of two-wheeled contraption. Back in the 1960′s there was a gentleman who decided that he knew best and built a vehicle that was truly different then anything else on the road. It was called the Hover Scooter, a personalized hovercraft variant that was too big, too slow and didn’t steer worth a damn. Remember though, this was the 1960′s, a time when there were supposedly no bad ideas. Click through and enjoy.
