RideLust Pictorial: More On The Caption Contest Girl

I’m not one to make fun. Deep down inside, I always felt bad for laughing at the Star Wars Kids and the Dog Poop Girl, but still, I laughed. I laughed at the recent caption contest girl too. All’s fair in love and the internet.

The interwebz brings us all together, gives us all access to the mass of information out there, allows for easy micro-lending and swarm computing… but it also has an infinite memory and the ability to spread our private moments around to the world, to become memes and little forwarded emails of embarrassing hilarity for the masses.

This unfortunate girl has joined the annals of internet meme-dom. Thank you Caption Contest Girl, you’ve brightened our lives and given us laughter. To you…

Enjoy the whole series:

PS- Is it me, or does she look like Brian Peppers?
PSS- It is a fairly nice Integra though.

  1. Because the Sheba is a dog unique to Japan, the photographer might have been better advised to use the little one shown peering from the driver’s seat in one of these shots; in as many as he could. That is not meant to be cruel, since this woman looks a little less androgynous, in some of the other shots; compared to the one you led off with.

Then of course, this thing wouldn’t have taken on a life of its own with a Sheba by the tire now would it?

Hard to believe, but back in the 1920s, flat-chested was the thing women wanted to be. Of course, that was well before Fergie and her “lady lumps.” Further back than when Mix-a-Lot announced that “baby’s got back.” So far back that cars – think Ford model “T” – had 20-inch wheels, but they weren’t chromed.
