2012 Chevrolet Sonic LTZ: RideLust Review
Porsche’s fourth Rennsport Reunion was held a few weeks back at Laguna Seca, and the footage in the video below is some of the best I’ve ever seen. Unfortunately, the music of Porsche engines coming on cam is drowned out by a cheesy 1970’s porn-flick sound track, which (again) makes me wonder why manufacturers feel compelled to play music that no one likes instead of record the engine sounds that enthusiasts want to hear.
Anyway, turn down the volume and punch up the resolution to HD. If you’ve got a copy of “Open Pipe Symphony” on CD, pop it in and queue up track 14, a Porsche 993 RSR lapping Circuit Paul Ricard. It isn’t perfect, but anything is better than the elevator music in the background of this otherwise stunning video.

spectacular, Yaaa! a 914!
1970′s Porn music is a compliment to that sound track. That’s like sleep-inducing elevator music. It literally couldn’t be more dull. I agree, the music should be engines… ugh.
