Bowler has been building insane off-roaders for years now, but this new one (the EXR-S) is the first one that was specifically made to take on public roads. Chris Harris recently ventured out to Bowler and some top secret raceway to give their new 4×4 a quick flogging to see how good everyone hopes it will be.
