Nissan To Temporarily Stop Taking GT-R Orders
For the time being, all Japanese dealers have been instructed by Nissan to stop taking orders for the GT-R. That’s just about the only fact anyone knows for sure at this point. No word on US dealers or if it’ll eventually have any impact on the US market at all.
As to why they’re stopping orders, there is some speculation that it has something to do with material costs. But Nissan is not making any announcements, so it’ll all just rumor.
Again, right now, it seems to be Nissan Japan only, but who knows. Order your GT-R while you can. More to come.
Also, you can salivate over some GT-R pics right here while you’re waiting for your own.
