BMW Fail

The brain fart. It’s a condition that affects every human being at some point or another. Wikipedia defines the brain fart as “a special kind of abnormal brain activity which results in human error while performing a repetitive task”. For instance, if you generally shut all the lights off in your home before you leave and then discover that, at days end, you’ve left one on, well, you just had a brain fart. Most of the times these instances occur with little or no impact on yourself or others. However there are those times when your brain fart causes shit to simply spiral out of control. Take this little yuppie man and his red BMW for example. His brain fart resulted in him leaving his car neutral, which in turn sent it plowing through some bushes and almost into oncoming traffic. Thanks to his Jesse Owens type speed though he was able to prevent this happening and thus saved himself quite a few lawsuits. Click through for the video to see what I’m talking about.

ive done the same thing accept i had the handbrake on and it failed. still one of the scariest things whatching your beloved car roll towards a concrete barrier (thankfully i was also able to jump in and slamm the brake). after that ive always both left a gear in and the handbrake on

The neighbor of my girlfriend did that too with a Toyota Land Cruiser… except that he failed. :) Parked the truck on a steep road to open their gate when the handbreak failed and the truck came rolling down… he tried to block the truck and push it using him self (imagine that). But it climb a fence and rolled to its side.

Speaking of brain farts… you have the second to last sentence in there twice.

I’m glad I’ve got a stick and I’m in the habit of putting on the handbrake and leaving it in the opposite gear.
