In preparation for the annual Queen’s Day celebration, onlookers of the royal motorcade were suddenly rocked as a black Suzuki plowed through dozens of people, killing at least four and injuring a dozen more. The car was captured on video crashing into a monument and the driver was apprehended and placed in an ambulance.

Witnesses said it was “like watching a horror movie”. The festivities in nearby areas have been canceled.
