Boutique car companies are nothing new to the automotive world. They’re small, push out very limited numbers and in the end give the consumer something that is truly unique. Lucra began producing cars in 2011 and in that time they’ve managed to develop a vehicle with some pretty staggering performance numbers. Powered by a GM sourced LS7 that pumps out 505 hp, the Lucra LC470 goes 0-60 mph in 2.5 seconds and is capable of blitzing the quarter mile in 9.4 seconds making it one of the fastest road legal cars in existence. Motor Trend recently got an inside look at the Lucra when they sat down with Luke Richards, the companies founder.
