In the realm of mechanized sport there is no question that Free Riding is up there with the toughest of them. The idea is simple – take a single cylinder motorcycle, make it lightweight and construct it in such a manner that it’s literally able to leap just about any object in a single bound. Now obviously the rider has a lot to do with it, but even so, watching a professional do their thing on one of these machines is truly a sight to behold. French rider Julien Dupont recently took to the rooftops and back alleys of Rio de Janeiro’s Vidigal community in the hopes of shooting one of the best urban trials videos ever created.
