Had a battery went dead, had it jumped by the Dealer's flat bed. Everything looked like we were going to be out in a short time. We found out that the TOP motor mount was disintergrating with cracks and pieces missing. Otherwise we are very happy with the 500. Have a Ford 500 from 2005.
