We all know that the 1980’s and even the early 1990’s we’re dismal from a performance standpoint for American made automobiles. Sure there were some shining stars like the 5.0-liter Mustangs and Grand Nationals, but other than that, the American muscle car was all but dead. When it came to handling though, well that was another story entirely. This is a 1989 Pontiac Trans Am GTA, a car that was on par with some of the best handlers of the era. It sports a 5.0L 305 cu. inch V8 that produces 225 hp and 295 lb.ft of torque and has a paltry 7,088 original miles on it from new. These cars in this condition don’t come up too often, so make sure to click through and to check out more photos or go directly to the Ebay ad here.
