The riders in the video are Dan and Gee Atherton; we might not know them on this side of the pond, but Dan Atherton is a former British national cycling champion who now specializes in downhill and mountain bike racing. Gee Atherton is a multiple World Cup winner and the 2008 Downhill World Champion. Gear heads may best know him as the bicyclist who beat James May, driving a Renault Clio, in a race through the streets of Lisbon, Portugal in Top Gear year 7, episode 4.
