Racial Profiling Based on Rim Size?

Donk Profiling

Apparently the police department in Cincinnati, Ohio seems to think that driving around in cars with over-sized rims is a safety hazard. You see they’ve recently been confiscating automobiles with large wheels citing city Municipal Code 503.29 which states, “No person shall drive or move or cause or knowingly permit to be driven or moved on any highway, any vehicle or combination of vehicles which is in such unsafe condition as to endanger any person.”

My question is, how the heck do the police know what’s safe or not on a vehicle? Hell, many vehicles today come stock with 19, 20 and even 22-inch rims from the factory. Watching the below video tells me one thing; that the bean counters and Cincinnati Police Department came up with a loophole that allows them to racially profile certain drivers while making a quick buck off them at the same time. The entire action is disturbing and disgusting and will hopefully be confronted with legal action from the drivers for whom their cars were taken.

its racial profiling but it seems common in the black community that donks are the ride of choice to prove your a man… even painting your car up like your favorite “drank” or food choice is what makes you even more of a man…

Living in Cincinnati I can assure you that this is nothing new from our Police Department. Racial profiling is something that they have been charged with on numerous occasions, so while I find this latest situation disgusting, I’m not surprised.

i don’t see the problem with his car, but some of there are unsafe. I have a 4wd durango which sits kind of high from the factory. There are a couple of cars that pass me sometimes and the middle of their door is higher than the bottom of my window. Don’t know what size rims they have, but no way they are safe.
