2012 Nissan Rogue SV FWD: RideLust Review

The Jonas Brothers, (from L to R) Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas, at the 2008 American Music Awards in Los Angeles, November 23, 2008
Demonstrating an acute failure to correctly anticipating what the Detroit auto show’s overwhelming clientele will respond positively to, the Detroit Auto Dealers Association has announced they have booked teeny-bopping pop sensation, The Jonas Brothers, to perform at the 2009 Charity Preview. Tickets to the Charity Preview are $400 a pop, and to ensure Cobo Hall is packed to the rafters, every ticket purchased before January 5th receives a complimentary ticket to an exclusive Jonas Brothers concert.
The Charity Preview itself will be held on January 16th at Cobo Center – the Jonas Brothers concert two days later on January 18th at Detroit’s Joe Louis Arena. As it has been so in the past, all proceeds from the event will go directly towards local children’s charities, and despite the faltering economy, DADA hopes the Jonas Brothers concert will allow them to maintain the sizable monetary donations they’ve been known for generating.
Of course, now that we’ve successfully maintained the charade of holding the Jonas Brothers in contemptuous disgust, we’ll casually throw out that we may or may not have the Jonas Brothers’ song, “Year 3000″ currently in heavy rotation on our iPod…STFU, it’s a catchy song.
