The Denver Post is reporting that a woman’s request for a license plate was rejected because some could interpret it to mean naughty things. The license plate would have read “ILVTOFU”, which Kelley Coffman-Lee swears was meant to read “I Love Tofu”. Sure, whatever you want to say to make yourself feel better.

No word on what kind of car our alleged vegan needed this plate for, but we imagine it to be a Volkswagen New Beetle with a sorority sticker on the back.
