Why is WRONG? Not just Chery gets help from foreigners. BMW, Mazda, Skoda, Jaguar, Citroen, Volvo, Daewoo......are also get helps from Bertone. Why is OUTDATED? Nowadays, making a good car is still NOT good enough. A good car-maker also has to have strong CAPITAL(money/fund). eg. GM makes good cars, but GM goes bankrupt, GM sold Hummer to China. Tata makes budget cars, but Tata has strong capitals, Tata owns LandRover. Your(writer) philosophy is WRONG and OUTDATED!

Nowadays, making a good car is still NOT good enough. A good car-maker also has to have strong CAPITAL(money/fund).
