Dirt Cheap Rat Rod! 1968 Charger Buildup and Thrash

Posted in Dodge, General, Rides, Videos by MrAngry | December 24th, 2013 | Leave a Reply |

The thing about the 1968 Dodge Charger is that even if they’re real pieces of crap, they’re still worth a shit-load of money. Take the one that you’re about to see on Motor Trends “Roadkill”. It’s got a 440 out of a motor home, the transmission out of a turd brown Polara, and the doors are off of a ’69 Charger – it’s a mess. Fortunately though it’s still a mess that’s worth about $10K to someone, so that’s not too bad. Check it out after the jump.

It seems that Jerry Seinfeld feels that car ads these days are less then stellar. In fact ever since he’s been doing “Comedian’s in Cars Getting Coffee”, he’s become very opinionated on the matter. You see, Seinfeld wants to interject a bit of levity into car ads, something that the manufacturers may not appreciate. Personally, I think the man is dead to rights with his thinking. After all, cars should be fun right? So why not project a little when you’re trying to sell them.
