Joe sent us pics of his daily driver, a 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX in World Rally Blue with about 96k miles. It’s had some work done, including an IHI VF34 turbo, 565cc STi “pinky” injectors, 255lph Walbro fuel pump, ECUTek reflash, custom fabricated downpipe, PDE up-pipe, MRT polished cold-air intake, a HKS Hi-power midpipe and catback (3″ straight through), and a Blitz FATT Turbo Timer.

It stays legal with one cat on the downpipe. With the ECUTek reflash, it pulls 250 hp at the wheels (dyno’d by Mastro Subaru in Tampa, FL). That translates to about 350 or so at the crank since stock 227hp WRX’s throw down about 160 at the wheels (which, on my WRX, are 17″ Maxxim E-Racers byKonig.
