Can’t Afford To Buy A Gallardo? Lease One!

Posted in Car Buying, Lamborghini by Kurt Ernst | March 12th, 2011 | 2 Responses |

It gets harder and harder to one-up the neighbors year after year. You lease a BMW Z4, so they go out an lease and M3 and the guy across the street leases a Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG. It’s hard to convince the neighbors you make more money than they do as the night manager at the local Burger Barn, but your auto lease options are about to get a distinctive Italian flavor. Don’t have the savings to pony up for a even the baby Lamborghini, the Gallardo? Not to worry, because now you can lease one for a very limited time.

According to the DuPont Registry, Lamborghini America is working with Premier Financial services on a lease program for 2010 and 2011 Gallardo Spyder, Coupe and Superleggera models. Lamborghini says that the program is based on customer demand, but it could also be because Lamborghini has too many Gallardo models on dealer lots. If you want to apply, you’d best not put it off much longer since the program ends on March 31. Dollar amounts for the 27 month lease aren’t mentioned, but it’s safe to assume you’re still looking at a number higher than most of us pay each month to cover the mortgage. Don’t plan on any cross-country trips in your new Lambo, either, since the lease limits you to just 3,500 miles per year.
