A TV cameraman filming in Audi’s pits during this year’s 24 Hours of LeMans learned a lesson the hard way: you never turn your back on a hot race track. The cameraman received minor injuries, the Audi lost a rearview mirror and the camera was a total write-off. The Audi involved in the crash went on to finish 3rd, so maybe running down a cameraman in the pits brings good luck.
