		<description>The upshot being that in 10 years all the Japanese cars will be made of this super steel.  Just like the imports of the &#039;00s were made of the better steels developed for the US market in the &#039;90s.  If we quit selling all of our scrapped cars to the Japanese and reprocess that steel ourselves, we might be able to prevent this.</description>
