2012 Nissan Rogue SV FWD: RideLust Review
Since there are no new 2011 Mini Countryman’s available here in the United States we thought we’d dig up a good European preview to wet your appetite. The Countryman is Mini’s first foray into the all-wheel-drive market place, it’s also their first proper 4 door as well, something that is very un-Mini like. One of the best selling points from a consumer perspective was the fact that the Mini was such a compact car. It’s perfect for urban environments yet it still packs all the power and styling necessary for use as an everyday do it all cruiser. I think the car definitely has an appeal to it, I’m just not sure how it’s going to resonate with American buyers. Time will tell I suppose… time will tell.

I was disappointed to discover the MINI Countryman does not have a child safety lock
feature, when nearly every four door on the market has this feature. Mini may want to add this asap if they want to appeal to anyone with kids that may mess with the door while on the road. Something to think about.
