The guys at Fifth Gear Web TV have managed to get their hands on the 2011 Honda CR-Z, a car for which I posted about yesterday. Honda’s goal with the CR-Z was to build the world’s first sporty fun hybrid in the hopes of proving to the buying public that not all hybrids were crap. Have they done that? Well… according to Fifth Gear, not really. You see most small diesel powered cars have similar of better fuel economy than the CR-Z and are more fun to drive, but the CR-Z does have some redeeming qualities such as a 6-speed manual transmission and wonderful interior. Will that be enough though to get people into the showrooms to shell out their hard earned coin for these things? Watch the video and make up your own mind.
