As for the engine, I was actually pretty impressed with it and that’s coming from a guy who doesn’t own a car with under 400 hp. The other thing is that the Acadia is actually big enough to be useful.

The Denali package is the way to go, however, the dirty white/tan combo tested is not too aesthetically pleasing. We are in agreement with the interior, very plastic, very GM…leaving much room for improvement-as usual. The quicksilver metallic color and the ebony interior is a good look. The chrome rims shout “I have dice in my pocket” the base rims are actually much better looking. I question if the 270 lb-ft of torque is enough to get this 4900+lb behemoth moving. The model I tested had the nav/audio upgrade. A package that cost $1,890. That brought the estimated vehcile total cost to almost 47k.
