For those of you who don’t know there is actually another big Italian motorcycle company besides Ducati whose bikes are no less sexy and whose performance is no less amazing. Aprilia was originally founded in 1945 and started life as a simple bicycle company. Today their motorcycles and scooters are not only some of the best performing, but some of the sexiest as well. Back in 2001 I bought a brand new Aprilia RSV Mille 1000 and to say that it was a stellar ride would be an understatement. I kept that bike for 4 years and racked up more than 20,000 miles on the odometer. My Mille was a big 60 degree V-twin, but today’s new 2010 Aprilia RSV4 comes in a wicked V4 configuration. Tangent Vector Inc. made one hell of a video on the new 2010 RSV Mille and to not show it to you would be simply unfair. So, click play, take a look and let us know what you think about the big Italian thorn in Ducati’s side.
