2012 Nissan Rogue SV FWD: RideLust Review

The Lotus Elise, perennial favorite of drivers and masochists everywhere, has come up with a new, lower-priced edition. The “Purist Edition” will have a lower MSRP ($43,995) than the regular base model Elise ($47,250). The lower price reflects less equipment, or as Lotus euphemistically quips, “Everything you need, and nothing you don’t.” It will still include A/C, leather seats, a stereo, and even sound-deadening insulation! What’s it missing? Basically, some leather trim on the door panels and an iPod dock. For $3,255 less than the base model, we’d be happy to leave those bits off.
