After driving 8 months with the car, I have to say that it’s been lots of fun, cheap to drive (relatively cheap to ensure, even new), and useful. I mostly do commuter, short distance driving, and it is definitely fast enough to do what I need it to do. In a year or so, I am moving out to California and am anticipating seeing how this vehicle does keeping up with more highway heavy commutes–but as it stands, I’m never at a loss for passing power/enough power to have some fun.

This is a great car for the money, and if you are in the market for it’s specific value propostion (I wanted a car that was economical, had a long warranty, and was somewhat fun), AND you don’t mind the two doors, then it is perfect. This car was cheaper to buy and insure than a similarly equipped Yaris or Fit (with ABS, MP3 CD stereo, AC, power locks/windows), and it has a longer warranty, which I plan to make the best of (haven’t needed it AT ALL thus far).
